ANY ONE WHO IS NOT A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT BUT APPLIED UNDER NOC 1111

One of my friend is commerce graduate and is working as a accountant for the lasr 6 years, his wife had already applied for the PR in 2005, but now he himself want to apply under FSW under NOC 1111, can he apply as first applicant simultaneously.

If his JD's are reflectiong with NOC # 1111 and he has one year full time or full time equivalent paid work experience within last ten years so he can apply under FSW category 1. There is no such condition to have CA to apply under NOC # 1111.

Hello Sir,
I have applied under FSW catogory 1111. I am commerce graduate and having 17 years full time experience. I had sent full documents on 16th of April-09 (through my lawyer at Canada) and received by CHC New Delhi on 20th of April-09, but till date nothing has been hear from them.

I am not able to check the status of dd, its cash or not till now as it was got issued from Royal Bank Canada.

Can you please send your time line to me and any coments you are having about my cas kind release.

Hi every one

I have been reading every one comments on NOC 1111 now in my case I have done master in computer science from uk and after that I have been doing diploma and advance diploma in business administration I got the job as accountant in residental care home in london and after that I got the job in saudia arabia as a accountant now I have no background of business and I want to apply under NOC 1111 is there any chance the CIC will resfuse my application that I have no back ground of business or accounting .

I am really confuse what shall I do can some one help me out in this matter

Dear Ali,

I think for qualifying as accountant you need atleast 1 year experience in that field and that your Jds should match with that of NOC-1111. Others factors i.e education,age,ILETS,adaptability have their own marks for securing pass marks of 67.

do you have aeo from canadian employer? if yes under which NOC code do have that? I am having aeo under 1231 (Accopunting Book Keeper) and I am having 16 years of continue experience in a one company. How ever I had joined this company as an assistant lever and now I reached to Account Head or Accounts Manager. My experience certificate also shown that I started with assistant and passing through so many categories like book keeper, accountant etc. I am simply Commerce Greaduate and pursuing in diploma for two year in Master of Business Administration in Fianance side.

I have applied under NOC 1111 as my lawyer is saying this is the correct code for me as my aeo code comes under this category. Would CIC consider my aeo correct in 1111 category. Can you give your valuable comments on it.

Dear Ash

Any NOC category is fine as long as your Jds match with them. For NOC-1111-Accountant. If ur Jds match with it then go for it. it doesn't matter whether u have started from assistant or somewhat. if u a 1 year exp in that NOC u could qualify keeping in view of other factors: age,education,experience,adaptability,IELTs,etc.

My situation is also like yours. I have also started from very junior level but with pessage of time I am now working at a senior position. I am also commerce graduate and later on done my MBA in finance.

As long as you have one year of experience and your duties match with code 0111 you are eligible. Take special care in describing your duties in the forms and you will be fine.
