I agree with you they are not issuing 2nd AOR because of the reason you just mention it is dirty old trick they are clever, treating us like idiots. But it is not certainly a good course of action to take, it upset the people and even make them to question about what the hell is Canadian immigrate system is.

I think they are not issuing the 2nd AOR becauase once they issue 2nd AOR they have to give a time frame of processing an application which they normally give 12 months and they know they cant process our applications in 12 months so they are delaying in issuing 2nd AOR, thats what i think.

I got my 2nd AOR in 5/07/10
In that letter they mentioned my category of PR processing wll take about 12 months to process and if i havent heard anything from them within 8 months to contact them.
Is that a normal reply?
Its not 8 months yet,but if i email them about my status ,would they reply.....my ECAS IS RECEIVED BY VO for so many months

I think there is some error in ecas status. My full docs were received by london office on 9 dec 2010. I haven't received 2nd AOR yet. I just checked the ecas status and its saying in process and the following information is vailable.
"We received your application for permanent residence on May 13, 2010.
Medical results have been received.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review."

I believe it is definitely an error don't worry wait for a week or two if it does not get corrected send them an e-mail informing them of error.

One applicant who submitted his documents in late October got his status changed to "Decision Made" looks like his points are less than 67. The good thing is that LOndon CHC is looking at our documents so we should see some changes in our status soon atleast 2nd AOR.

fast track cases slow slow going to final stages.
but
CHC London and Minister of Immigration noting take interest.Backlog cases
we observe official web site statical date, totally fake,
if its correct, I ,we all applicant are suffer.
I think we all backlog applicant are fall in dark street.
one school of thought thinking they reject mostly backlog cases.

Some thing strange is going on people who sent their documents in December 2010 are getting status changed, what is going on while those like me and saki we sent our documents in September 2010 , we have not recieved any update. Would some one plz shade a light on it. What the hell is CHC london up to. Should not we send the query or still wait.
