Hello
I want to know that any has got his or her PR visa from Manila embassy as per there given time period like in 14 months.
I applylied from Korea and have 12 months done but still waiting.
My first medical has expire and waiting for second requirement if they ask.
Share your experience.
Thanks.
If you've been following the Korea specific thread you will see this. People who applied through Manila before October 2013, including my wife and I (going on 18 months now) are still waiting. People who applied after October 2013 already have their visas, including a few who submitted their applications in 2014. Things seemed to have gotten quicker in Manila, but not for those who submitted before October 2013. It's frustrating, mysterious and disappointing but there's nothing you can do but wait.

I contacted my MP in June. They told the MP's office that her visa would be issued on or before August 28th. That's tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath.

I contacted them by phone. I am not sure an MP will assist you if you are both living outside Canada. MPs represent Canadians living in Canada, so if you're living in Korea, they may not assist you. I don't know.
