Hey Friends

I am in dilemma. Here is my situation-
I have competed BCOM from Gujarat university Affiliated College. I am currently in Canada. I need my evaluation for BCOM to apply for express entry. I had few questions:
1. Does IQAS need marksheet and Transcripts both?
2. Will Gujarat university send stamped and sealed transcripts/mark sheet to IQAS? As i have completed from affiliated college, not university itself.

Please help me out.
