Hello,

I have done my BCOM from Savitribai Phule pune university. I am trying to so my ECA evaluation. WES says its not accepting college transcripts and University is only issuing transcripts for 2nd and 3rd year and not for 1st as it is conducted by college. Nor they do attestation for that. What should I do?
