I wanna know if some one lost his passport after getting offer letter from the college , Canada . Then after telling the college about his lost passport to the college .
But when he apply for the Visa , Do the people over there suspect the case being the New Passport or Not ? Will the thoughts of being earlier rejected can come to their minds as doubt because of New Passport ? Do they be able to know that the person has lost his Passport and Now he has got a Re-issued one for him.
Sorry , i am enquering these type of questions because i want my friend to be with me who has lost his Passport recently and thoughts like that are coming in our minds .
