Hi Friends,
I applied for Federal skilled worker in 2010 and reached the final stage and received the letters for medicals and even the letter to pay the Right to PR fee in December 2012.
But at that time due to some personal commitments , I decided not to proceed. So later I received a refusal letter saying my experience did not match with my NOC (0213 - Information System manager).

I think I got this refusal letter as I did not respond to the medical and pay the PR fee etc.

Now I my personal circumstances have changed and I am thinking of getting the PR again.
I am now 41 and can score 67 points. but unfortunately unable to score the CRs points to get an invitation.

Would I have any chance to appeal on my previous application and get the PR.

Your advice is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Hi

No, you have no chance of appealing the previous app.

Hi

No, you have no chance of appealing the previous app.

Agreed. The old application is dead in the water. You would need to reapply from scratch.

Thanks a lot for your responses
I am able to score 72 points for the current FSW
Points break down - Age(41 yrs) - 10, Degree - 20, Experience - 21, English Language - 16, Relative in Canada -5
This is above 67 so I qualify to apply.

But When I do the match on CRs points, I get only 391
The break down is
Human factors
Age - 35
Education 126
English Lang - 128

Partner factors
partner education - 2

skill Transaferability factors
Education - 50
Work Experience - 50

This sums up to 391 and this is no where near the current CRs cut off of 430.
So I hardly have any chances of getting an invite if I apply.
It's wiered that some one with a score of 72 points not getting any where close to the current CRs cut-off.
Have I done any mistake in getting my CRs points calculated ? Why is it so ?

Is there any other options apart from this FSW category, I would get any chance to get the PR ?

Please advice.
Thanks
