Anyone else with Can + application?
I applied for my parents’ visitor visa. Timeline as follows:
Application- oct 16
Biometrics request- oct 16 for dad,oct 18 for mom
Biometrics done- oct 20 for dad,oct 21 for mom

My dad has valid US visa and previous travel history to Canada and US in 2017.

No update after that.
Please share your timelines.

If she is not eligible for Can+ then she will not be processed under it. Your father may be but it is the decision of IRCC.

Biometric request:- 17th Oct
Biometrics done :- 21st Oct for both of them
Eligibility started:- 27th or 26th Oct

My parents has US visa. So, It will be in Can+

You will not know it is CAN+ unless processed quickly. IRCC decides whether processed as CAN+. .

It can be a sign but some people have an eligibility review right away and then wait months. All you can do is wait.

No. I have travelled to US in the past as well as my US visa got renewed earlier this year. Still waiting for last 4 months for the result with eligibility review started 25 days after application submission. Can+ is completely at the discretion of IRCC. Just having US or Canada visa in past does not automatically qualify for Can+.
