When I use the new application number, I'm not able to login to CIC online service. However, I'm logging in with the old file number.

I used the application old number and it did not work, only the new number works with me.

I'm sorry I have no clue at all.

My best guess (just a guess) that they are migrating users gradually from the old numbers to the new ones, so it might take some time.

and sent the documents by the end of march bcz i had long time for PC from KSA and UAE

and after they received the docs. they sent me E-mail beginning of May ask me to send RPRF AGAIN bzc of error in the previous check.
this is all until now .
