Hope everyone is doing well.
My employer has applied for endorsement application for NL on 13th April and it's been 2 months but I have not yet received the receipt of application.
Is getting the receipt of acknowledgment a mandatory step and how long will it take to get the endorsement letter/referral letter?
How long it takes for getting the work visa after that?

I got my endorsement today.
Applied on 15/sept/2019
Approved on 20/dec/2019.

I wanted to ask about endorsement process my application has been submitted 2 month ago and the thing I am worrying is my employer did not prepare Required activities such as job posting like that is there chance also to get refusal ? I would be grateful from you

No. My Employer just saying one word. Keep Waiting. File is opened. Anytime you can get reply from Immigration.
