Same, no refusal cases news. It seems immigration center just hold for outland applicant

I think they accept Black and White

I'd like to share the timeline of the endorsement letter:

I applied from Nova Scotia,
my employer submitted my application on June 23rd, 2020;
August 17th extra info required;
August 19th I got my endorsement letter and work permit referral letter.

I will keep updating the process of my work permit and PR here.
