I helped an Iranian friend with her sponsorship application, the principal applicant is in Iran, bellow is their timeline:
- Application received in the beginning of April 2019
- Biometrics requested end of May 2019
- Medical exams requested end of May 2019
- Application transferred to Ankara mid of June 2019
- Passport request mid December 2019
- Passport returned with Visa stamped on the passport end of December 2019.

Hello guys
I hope you're enjoying the holidays. I have a question about AOR2. My application was transfered to Ankara on Dec 9th but since then I havent receieved any message regarding that they have started the process in Ankara. I wanted to know it is normal not receieve news from Ankara about the application?

Hello everyone,our application was transferred to Paris in September,and yesterday we got Decision made,We are from Iran,we applied under PNP...also we received pre arrival letter on 22 August

the reason was they asked sponsor employment proof again, and asked questions about relationship

the AOR2 is that file transfer email that is known as AOR2

Ive received this email :
"This message is being sent to confirm that the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) has been forwarded to the visa office in Ankara for further processing."
So this is called AOR 2?

Did any april 2019 applicants get any updates? I'm still waiting
