They sent me emails and the last one was telling me that my passport under process at IRCC

No We didn’t get our passport back yet .
We sent it on Sep 4th and until now no updates!
I’m from Iraq and have Canadian citizen and my spouse from Iraq too who lives in turkey

It takes too long time to issue the visa. My passport have been sent to Ankara VAC on Sep 15th and till now even they do not give me the Tracking ID Number. They are really disappointing.

When I sent my passport to VAC
After 2 days I sent Email to VFS asking about my tracking number
Then they send it to me after 2 hours
You have to send them your full information like your full name and application number and copy of you passport request letter
