Just to make sure, is the "Web form" the best way to contact Ankara office? I am still within normal processing time but worried about not being asked for medical exam after 9 months. I want to try my chance and ask about it. I have a feeling that they might have missed it as I have had similar problem before.

Unfortunately I think they paused sending PPR emails as they said "approved permanent residents who haven’t landed should not travel yet". What is your perception regarding the following link?

I read that, because I am waiting my PPR. This is the online chat message of the Ankara embassy support.
