Hi,

Does anyone know why is it not possible to get Police clearance certificate from Angola once you leave the country?, I worked there from 2004 to 2006, but when I tried to get PCC, they say they cant issue if applicant has left the country. Do I have to go back just to get PCC??? I don't know if one can get visa for that purpose..

Any help???
