Please help me to find a way to get PCC from Angola, its getting really difficult to know what can be done. I went there for two year from 2004 to 2006 on work permit. Now I am applying for Canada as a dependent and I would need PCC. they say that we cant get that once we leave the country, how logical it is that a person need to go there back to get PCC for the stay in the past.
