I am about to mail out my application package now. However, the CIO's checklist IMM5612 item 8 requires "2 self-addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country",
Isn't it funny how the simplest things can sometimes seem so confusing? Just think of it this way....if CIO/VO have to mail an envelope back to you they will stick on the labels to save them writing out your address. To make sure the envelope reaches you in a country where English is not the primary language, they require one in your national language, as well as the one in English.
so as indicated, it's just a label right? it should be in a sticker kind of paper?so the size of the fonts doesn't matter?as long as it is readable right?
