An Ontario college diploma signifies ?

Hi ,
So I wanted to come to Canada to study under a pg program in Sheridan college and there its written that one should've a Ontario college diploma or an equivalent , so I converted my credentials and it says its equivalent to a Community college diploma of 3 Years , so is it the same as an Ontario college diploma or different ?

Yea so the eligibility criteria's is to have an Ontario college diploma , but my credentials sum up to a community college diploma of 3 years , what does it mean ? Is it equivalent to an Ontario diploma ?

My previous qualification is a bsc in animation degree from India and I wanna opt for the computer animation course in Sheridan , so I went to the WES website and I got to know that the degree I have here is worth a 3 year community college diploma .
