Hi guys. Please can someone give me some information. My application got send to Amman in November 2020, I applied april 2020 for my husband in kurdistan. Biometrics done, medical done since March 27th and everything is completed. But I havent heard anything from them. I requested the notes but didn’t really get any info from it. I’m wondering how much longer for the pre arrival and passport request??? What should I do to get a reply from them why is it taking so long when people from different countries are getting it so fast.

I'm sorry to hear that but application process are different for each person. Been reading different timelines, some get dm and ppr within the month of med passed some takes longer... Hope we get our dm, ppr and visa soon so we can finally unite with our spouses. All the best!

Doesn't shows in ecas but shows in my gckey

Hi All,

Today marks the 30-day I did my Medical Exam, and today it says in GCKey:

• We did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.

We got MR on May 25, I got Medical Exam completed on June 6, today is June 25.. What do I do now?



- applicant is trying to call hospital now, i am trying to call IRCC Now
- I already summitted the medical results manually through IRCC Webform https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

But I noticed I can sumbit to Amman VO directly:

Should I use Amman Web Form? Or email them directly?

I guess which panel you went in Iraq Baghdad maybe they didn’t put in the computer if she can go back to the place tell them that why this happen

They said they did do it, they did it at Bagdhad IOM. She is trying to call them now, but no answer, I am trying to call IRCC as well, no answer.

Should I email Amman the eMedical Results throgh email? Or use Web Form to send them the eMedical Reuslts?

Tomorrow morning or Sunday because this really not good but do u have the medical results in ur email u can forward that to amman?

Yes I do have a copy of the eMedical Results. I just summitted it through Web Form toto Amman VO. And I also summitted t he generic IRCC Webform, attached it there as well.

Should I send to Amman through E-Mail as well? Or is the 2 webform's enough?

I think only one webform is good because if u do two webform maybe there might be a delay in ur application did they process the background check? I see ur signature it’s saying pre arrival June 20 is she in Canada now?

No she is not in Canada, we just got the pre-arrival letter only.

First I sumbitted it through the Generic IRCC WebForm https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

But then later, I did not know there was a Amman Specific VO WebForm, so I summitted it there as well.

So no need for me to email Amman? I just wait now? Is it possible that GCKey is wrong as well?
