My PA was in Erbil Vac 2 days ago, they said drop-off in person is open.

So they opened it finally.So people were picking up their passports too??

Is that safe to send Passport through regular courier to Erbil? What is best fastest/most secure method to send to VAC. My PA is in Karbala. About 6.5 hours away from Erbil. Or I guess once I get to that point. They will tell me?

But when my PA was at Erbil VAC Yesterday, they gave her a receipt to say when you drop off passport next, make sure you include this. Are you sure dropoff is not allowed?

the receipt that they gave her should be with the documents.. and they didn't accept personal drop off of my application.. it had to be done through the DHL or Aramex.. yes it is safe, the aramex office is 500 meters away from the VFS office..don't worry.. and if you want, call the VFS office and confirm with them.. +964662446760.. (when i dropped my passports, i did it on sunday at 4 PM, it was delivered the second morning directly)

They said they are opening up in May for passport dropoff and pickup.

yeah i got your point.. i am not sure if there is aramex in Karbala..but i think yes.. aramex or DHL work.. better than coming all the way to Erbil..
ask your PA to pray for us in karbala..so they expedite the processes..and they lift travel restrictions..
