Dear sir

I have a lazy eye sight problem in left eye from since I born,second is good. I’m chef working in Dubai.basicly I’m from India.

Now I m looking to move in Canada with work permit or PR

Please advise me, can lazy eye sight (amblyopia) affect on my file
 
No need to mention it. It is usually just a slight imbalance of the eye muscles. This is Canada...you can't assume you ares peaking with a man:).

Thank you. So what should I do during medical checkup. Should I inform the person performing the test about my lazy eye problem, or he/she will know it by themselve

No need to report or inform. Just be normal. I hope you have at least 20/40 .
 
I have lazy eye in left eye since birth. This disability canot be treated.
I would like to know if I will be able to pass medical examination for Immigration.

How was it . Im going to have a medical within a month with same problem . What should i do there ? I'm bit nervous
