Am I still able to pay the application fee online?

I am trying to pay the fee online but I am not able to find a page that lets me do that. Has there been any changes recently?

As per CEC Instruction Guide:

Payment method options

Complete the Fee Payment Form – Application for Permanent Residence (IMM 5620) and include it with your application to the CIO. On-line payments are not accepted by the CIO.

So no, you cannot pay CEC application fees online anymore.

Your card details should be written on the fee payment form and mailed to them...that's the only way you can pay with your card no online payment

But apart from credit card, you can still pay by cheques, money orders or bank drafts.
