I came here in Canada as an International student. Right now I have in total 3 years of open work permit. 1 year is already done for me. Right now I am working with one agency as an Individual contractor which is for atleast 2 year contract ( no bond). My job is under NOC category (IT Field). My pay is $18 per hour. Employer is ready to give me an employment letter which contains all information including my job duties and responsibilies.
My question is: On this job basis can I elligible to put a dependent visa file for my wife ( she is in my back home country India) ?
