You need to have around 470 points to be selected out of the pool. Right now your points are too low. Suggest you start by re-writing IELTS and achieving a higher score.

Hello I am an international student studying in Germany I am currently studying masters in international health management. Previously I have done 10+2 NIOS , 6 years working experience as a management Executive in medical laboratory. I want to apply for Work permit to Canada or Permanent resident. But I do not have BACHELOR'S Degree. I opted masters as I have working experience of several years. My IELTS SCORE is 7.5 bands no less than 6. Am I eligible to apply for PR in Canada.
