My open work permit will expire on June 17 and My extension work permit application is in process. However, for some reason, I am afraid that I my application maybe refused. If I was refused, then I lose legal status to stay in Canada. I have relative in Canada as PR. Can I online apply visitor visa during my extension work permit is in process? If not, how can I restore status if my work permit was refused? Thanks in advance.
