Thanks Regina. I have gone through the CIC websie clearly but I am confused. Please clarify me does the Intra company transfer Workpermit also needs a LMIA? For work permit extension under ICT does the company submits the LMIA. Please clarify else I would ask my employer to file an LMIA.
Guys,
Somebody please help. I am ICT work permit. Does the ICT visa holders also need LMIA. Does my company would have already applied for it while my work permit Processing. Please guide me.

Yes, there will be no exemptions from requiring an LMIA for ICT, NAFTA, GATS and other trade agreement related permit holders like their is in the current FSW for arranged employment. You will still get "credit" for it when determining your eligibility in the FSW but you won't get points for it as an LMIA.
Hi,
My employer is ready to apply for LMIA.
1. I have worked in Canada from Aug 2011 to April 2012
2. Now currently from Nov 2014.
So In Feb 2015 I will be completing 1 yr total. Can I apply in Canadian Experince Class. Please suggest.

Your employer maybe willing to apply for LMIA. But your LMIA has to be positive.
Thanks Praneeth,
Hoping that LMIA is positive. Can I apply under Canadian Experince Class with my expereince from Aug 2011 to April 2012 and now from Nov 2014 to Feb 2015. Does my expereince will be counted for it or I need to chose to apply in any other program.
Please suggest.
You can combine experiences from more than 1 job for the 1 year Canadian experiences, as long as they are all NOC 0,A,B and you are full time (or equivalent). Ideally you would want to have extra 1-2 weeks of experience just as a buffer.
Thanks,
But to apply under Canadian Experience class we need to have 1 yr experience with in 3 yrs. Does the same rule applies for CEC under Express Entry also. My Experience is Aug 2011 to April 2012 and Nov 2014 to March 2015(future). Please guide me with the rules for CEC under Express Entry system.

I've never heard CEC experiences needs to be within 3 years? (Your work permit maybe valid for 3 years max and that's how you get eligible experiences?)
Whatever rules in the old CEC will apply to CEC under EE (apart from the 6 banned NOC codes)

you are right. CEC experience should be counted within the last 3 years. Next year is 2015, so 3 years before that is 2012. Personally, I think you can count the period from Jan to Apr 2012 but not before that.

It seems the ban will be lifted.
