Am I eligible for CEC NOC A?

Hi,

I just got IELTS results today, my scores are 5.5 in listening, 6.5 in Reading, 6.5 in Writing and 7.5 in speaking. Overall band is 6.5.
Will I qualify to apply PR in CEC category?
I know CLB 7 required with minimum 6 in all skills, but I have higher scores in skills other than listening, will my CLB level be considered as 7? Please let me know.

You need a minimum of 6 in each category.
