My original PGWP had expired on Dec 02, 2021. I had received a PGWP extension under the 2022 PGWP Extension Public Policy. It was approved in Jan 2023 and is valid till Jul 2024. My passport expires in Aug 2024.
Can anyone please confirm whether I'm eligible to apply for the PGWP extension under the 2023 Public Policy as well?
(Where I'm confused is that the 2023 policy states that the beneficiaries of 2022 Policy are also eligible for 2023's extension. But it also states that the 2023 policy is for people whose work permits are expiring within Dec 31, 2023)
Request anyone to please respond. Thanks a lot in advance!!

well the site does say if their Original PGWP expired between september 2021 and December 2023 they can apply.
The open work permit received from the 2022 extension isnt their original PGWP but a completely different permit.
