Am i eligable for Qubec

Hi,
Guys I have Bachelor of Science degree 'Physics, chemistry,maths'
Plus
Two Year advance diploma in software technology

I have been working from 7 years in IT field.

When you do intial evaluation on Qubec site it says
you have work experience in which you have training or not

How i will know that general science graduate can work
as a software developer or not

and second

How can I show that my two years advance diploma in computer
science which I did along with my graduation as a part time help
to move my carrier as software developer
