Am i still elegible to apply under FSW immigration ?

You need to have work exp in the 38 Designated Jobs mentioned in the last 10 years. Even it was your previous jobs. If you have you are eligible if not then you are not eligible.

I would also suggest you download the FSW manual which will help you a lot. Google it.

You need at least an year of experience in the last 10 years from the list of 38
OR
Have a job offer
OR
have lived or studied in canada for a year.

This is for FSW

If you know french, you could try CSQ.

Else you could try PNP or family sponsorship if that is available to you. Most PNP need a job offer.
