Hi

My husband's job is not in the 38 list of NOC...but mine is...However, I haven't been working for the past 3 years as I stayed home to care for my children. Am I eligible to apply under the FSW as I have had over 4 years of experience in my job.

Please advice.

If your occupation is in list of 38 and you have exerience in last 10 years you are eligible to apply. Next steps are to ascertain your points. Please see cic.gc.ca for more details it has almost all information you need
