I have applied for my student visa on September 6, 2020.
Biometrics Enrolment: September 8, 2020, which got completed on September 23, 2020. I didn't receive the BVL and the eligibility check started in October 2020. Since then, I have not been updated nor seen any updates on my application portal. My visa office is in Abu Dhabi. Throughout the last year, I have used the web form 3 times and I got no response till now. I am really not sure if this is normal because of the situation or there is something wrong with my application.
I would really appreciate it if you tell me what you guys think or if you have any suggestions or thoughts.
