I did everything but no update I am June 2019 applicant, medical got expired in nov 2020

Bro, am in the same boat. June 2019 applicant, medical expired in Oct 2020. Interview call received last month From NDVO but nothing after. GCMS notes don’t say anything, gckey has no update.

Does anyone know what happen if we don’t check gckey? Coz I don’t know about it . Do we need to creat it ourself or responsible office make for us? Like my wife apply from Canada and she has no idea about gckey so I creat gckey accout and put our application information after link it , it shows some status( background checking, 20% application are .....) but there is no any documents uploaded. Someone plz guide me for this issue coz our file received date is 03 May 2019..

I believe that message in the timeline is now automatic for any applications in process more than one year. I.E. probably not worth worrying about in your specific case, too general.

Now that you have created GCkey, I believe if IRCC requires any document or if they need to ask more information, you will get notified via GCKey.
