Hello All,

We just received the passport request letter today.Had some questions on webform

1) Since we had already given the biometrics,the answer to question did you enrol for biometrics should be yes right?.

2) For spouse PR applications select your visa category should be passport submission letter for PR application right?.

3) I was my spouse representative so all the communications came to me but for filling this webform can we use my spouse email id and phone number so that courier service can directly reach out to her

4) My wife does not have a last name in the passport.For the application since the final name cannot be null so we kept first name as blank and final name as the complete name..
For filling the webform can we do the same first name as blank and last name as complete name

1.We received PA's application for permanent residence on June 17, 2019.
2.We started processing PA's application on September 16, 2019. -- AOR 2
3.We sent PA medical instructions on August 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4.Medical results have been received. -- Med passed Aug 26
5.We sent PA a letter on August 30, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. -- file transfer to Delhi
6. We sent PA medical instructions on February 1, 2021. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. - Medical passed 7 Feb 2021 ( updated in GC Key)

Had received a phone call on Feb 1st from NDVO and they had asked a few questions regarding application. After that we got the medical request .
Pre Arrival on Feb 2nd , ECAS Decision made on Feb 18 2021.

My Aor is Dec 2019 and my ecas has been showing decision made since 6th Feb 2021 and i still haven’t received ppr. Anyone in the same boat? Is this normal? Its been 2 weeks now. Anyone has any idea what to do? I have raised few webforms and even called ircc but that was of no help.
