Hi guys, ECAS always tells me, no record found. Do you know what could be the issue? I tried many combinations (UCI, File number, Last name in capitals etc.). For info, my file was transferred to NDVO in July 2020.

Hi... I am also facing the same issue... I could access for AOR1 but after file transferred to NDVO, I could no longer access ECAS.

When you say immediate family members are allowed - does that mean sponsored spouses and children are exempt?

Yes. If ur spouse has sponsored and u and ur children get copr u can travel to Canada. Just carry proof of relationship.

Hi... I am also facing the same issue... I could access for AOR1 but after file transferred to NDVO, I could no longer access ECAS.

Maybe clear ur cache or try to login incognito. If that doesn't help try internet explorer or firefox. Still can't login raise a webform.

I had received Re medical on 6th feb. My wife just gave medical exam today. She asked hospital staff when will they upload result to CIC portal. His reply was they will upload by next Monday. Does it take a week for hospital to upload result to CIC?

The standard reply is a week, but mine showed up on GC Key and ECAS today as passed.

Pls try to select/enter as below, i guess the problem is in entering the surname correctly.

Identification Type - Application /Case number
Identification Number - Application No
SurName/Family Name - only the Second part (word) in your Name ( I enter it with first letter in Caps)
DOB
Place of Birth

For me this combo works always

After remedical in jan 2021 I got pre arival in jan 2021 and DM in feb and waiting for PPR

This is very bad that waiting time hurts at this point. But keep heart dont let it sink , keep up the courage. Your turn is NEXT
