This is new normal. People with pre-arrivals are getting re-meds, even if they are expiring soon.
So, don’t stress and book your appointment for Re-Meds!!

The visa validity is based on the validity of the medical which is probably why you have been asked to do so.

Book an appointment. Get ur medicals done and wait.
