Yes, it means your eligibility is confirmed and only Security is pending.

Can take from a week to a year. Usually people don’t apply for notes from CBSA and even if they do it is only when it’s taken a very long time to complete. But yes there’s a way to apply.

Don’t worry about security if you never had any criminal record or if you never stayed illegally in other countries.

Btw I’m no professional I just have this knowledge because I have been reading a lot of threads and other info.

Hi, when did you receive pre arrival? And when was your file transferred to NDVO? Today? I am a July applicant as well and my medical was done in September as well however I haven’t heard anything since file transfer in November 2019.

When you say 'just received' was it at 11PM Indian time?

I checked this morning at 7am Indian time and there was nothing. Then I checked 3 hours later and it showed decision made. So it could've been earlier too, I just checked around the time I posted.
