All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

My wife submitted her passport on 5th Nov and the courier status was updated to Shipment Out For Delivery on 6th Nov. But the Blue dart status later updated to Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day and today on 9th Nov the status was updated again to Holiday, Delivery On Next Business Day.
Funny thing is she is based in New Delhi, not sure why it is not getting delivered. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

I am an October 1st 2019 Applicant . My file got moved to NDVo on Feb 2020 . I recently checked ECAS and it say in Process and says started to process on October 29 2020 but there is no change on GC Key . Does this mean anything?

Apparently, the ECAS is more up to date than the GCKey, and besides any status update is a good thing these days.

No we haven’t yet sent the passport. We called IRCC today and the agent advised to inform NDVO about sending passport to Ottawa and wait for their confirmation.

When did you plan to send your passport to Ottawa?
Also as per passport request letter it is mentioned to send passport to Ottawa if we plan to stay in Canada for at least 3 months. Will you be able to fulfill this condition?

how can we contact ndvo ?

The agent said by raising webform and wait for 2 weeks for a reply and if you don’t get a reply in 2 weeks then you can send your passport to Ottawa along with the proof that you informed NDVO about this.
So I am really confused whether to send passport to Ottawa or should I ask my wife to travel back to India
