You have to call helpline number mentioned in email. They will send you the link of payment also after payment they will book your passport submit date .

you application is pre 2020 then be hopeful to have it by December 2020. The way NDVO is working looks like they are targeting to close pre 2020 files by December end for sure

Thank you so much for reply actually, I am July 17 applicant and my Indian representative told me for the in front medical but my canadian lawyer did not attach my medical in the beginning she said ircc Will send medical request then you will have to give medical to them then I got medical in December 2019 but when I went to the same hospital the visa desk receptionist told me they will attach my previous medical they can't not allow me for new medical and my previous medical expired in April 2020 and I got remedical in 25September 2020. Now I am waiting for DM aur ppr I have applied sponsorship visa in Quebec.
