Hello folks, just asking on behalf of my friend.
He applied for Permanent Resident application in Express entry. Later on he got married and add her wife in the same application. Recently his wife got the passport request and got her passport stamped with COPR as well. But my friend is still waiting for his COPR.
Question is , Is she able to fly to Canada as my friend don't have his COPR with him?
