But the instructions letter to submit the passport is not very clear to me?
If someone could please clarify
Who do we contact first? I emailed PassportSubmission@vfshelpline.com but no reply yet
Do we have to wait for the reply before we submit the passport?

thank you for such a detailed explanation. I have emailed them on 31 oct 2020 and was waiting for their reply since they said they will in 2 working day in their email. is it better to just call them instead of waiting? I do get a ticket number.. thankyou

They will respond but you can always call also. No harm.

Dec 2019 applicant here. ECAS PA side changed to Application Received in Jan or Feb 2020. No movement after that at all.

you had a Ghost update? Also does your medical show as passed in ECAS or GCKEY?

Dont trust ECAS too much, it says DM for me even now. But i got my PPR in email yesterday. Check ur GC key Portal or ur spam emails

ECAS is most trusted tool in terms of updates like DM. It will show DM until you land.. and then it changes to COMPLETED

Yes had a ghost update on Oct 21, but nothing seems to be changed.
ECAS - says medicals received.
On GCKEY - says Passed.

Also, anyone reading my post, I would like to suggest everyone to edit your signature with your breakdown of timelines, would be easy to have reference and there will be no need to ask again and again.
