Sometimes you are stuck on security screening. I have a similar report to yours....'recommended passed' but was stuck in security not started for a long time. Had ordered gcms notes severally kept getting similar update, nothing changed...whatever was outstanding was redacted(hidden) on my gcms note. Recently received schedule A form request in February, filled and submitted. Afterwards got my latest gcms note and found out that my security just started. It was the schedule A form request that activated it....the earlier information that was hidden was the schedule A request.(why they hid that vital information on the gcms notes for months and never requested, I will never know.) Now I am just waiting for my security screening to be completed. Meanwhile, my medical has expired but hoping for an extension. I am a Feb 2021 applicant. Gone past the standard processing time of 34 months, but It's all good, we wait. My advice? Update the schedule A form and send via webform. You have nothing to lose.

Requests for a GCMS note can be submitted (either by the principal applicant or an authorized representative) can be made either online or by mail through official IRCC channels. The fee for an ATIP request (and by extension a GCMS note) is $5 CAD..
I dont have link anymore, but you can google it and get the link.. I just googled and see this:

And also GCMS can only be requested by someone who is on PR or Citizen of Canada.

I am February 2021 applicant also. I recently got my CBSA note, everything looks good, I have passed everything, but still stuck in security not started.

I really don't know what to do also.

Hi - have you get any update? since then
Mine is also stuck at recommended pass. security not started. My AOR is 7th June 2024. what do you suggest should I wait?

I received GCMS notes and according to that seems everything fine, I am not supposed to provide any document.
Final notes says "Analyst Recommendation"- Recommend passed.
Eligibility seems good too.

Not sure what they are waiting for now?

I am a Feb. 2021. in my last gcms notes, which was in august, i have been stuck in security not started. My criminality and info sharing are all completed. my eligibility is recommended passed and so still in progress. I have called the agents several times and i am still stuck in security not started. Anybody been in a similar position? how long did it take before you got your Eligibility and Pre-arrival letter?

Timeline: Application submitted February 2021
PPR: January 2024.

I really don't have the full time anymore on my head‍.

I started ordering for cbsa notes every months when it was taking long.
I also tried to understand the notes, so I know the problem with my application. And that was how I worked on where I had issues before PPr came
