Please provide clarity on the below mentioen ddoubts:
1. If the name change after marriage (addition of a new surname) as per marriage certificate has not be done in the passport yet is that a problem for PR application as I would be submitting both marriage certificate and passport copies?
2.If we are submitting graduate and post graduate transcripts and mark sheets for class 10 and class 12 exams, are they sufficient or even transcripts are necessary for school(as in 10 to 12)?
Please provide answers to the above at the earliest
The name appearing on your Identity Document (national identity card) and the one appearing on your passport must be exactly same.
Answering to ur second point, graduate and PG transcripts are required along with metric and intermediate certificates.

it means still it is 10 to 11 months process hopefully the cap will not reached in just 15 days ,,,,,untill we will get our evaluation letter back from PEBC

Apart from that, CIC requires good scores in IELTS. That means, to be proficient user in speaking (6.5 or above) & listening (7.5 or above), else 6.5 or above are okay......now concentrate on IELTS....

newbie in here. I gathered all my docs & is applying as NOC 3215. Im still under the live-in caregiver program but I'm trying my luck with the FSW category. Just now, after going through all my details, I found out i have a bit of inconsistency on my previous application (live-in caregiver) -- failed to write down my 7 years work experience as med. rad tech.. Just wrote down my caregiving experience. But I have all the documents to prove that I worked as a rad tech (reference & pay slips, etc). Will I be refused because of my inconsistency? will I still pursue on applying this July 2012? thank you!

2. What is "Certificat de sélection du québec" and is it compulsory to apply for it even if you dont intend to stay in Quebec?
3. In the schedule 3 form where the assets and liabilities need to be declared, can that also included fixed deposits in the wife's name although the husband is the primary applicant?

Well, passport cannot be used as national identity document. You must be needing national identity card or your birth certificate primarily as your identity document.
Answering to ur second question, given u are not applying for Qubec immigration, you don't need Certificat de sélection du québec.
I'm unclear regarding your 3rd question........need to find out.
today i just got mail from PEBC , they said the transcript you sent is not by the university it is directly from university it was in university department envelope and sealed by the department and the licencing statement is also not right as it is not saying that i am still registered but i think it is still there and said that it is not sent by the authority what way should be adopted , like my family memeber collected the sealed envelope from office and courier to the PEBC , but what should we do and how
