All stages are passed but Security is not started

Nothing yet. Its been a month today since my criminality passed. That was my last update.

I have a friend who has almost the identical timeline with you. He is still waiting for an update after 1 month from his criminality passed update. His VO is RROC

I'm in the same annoying situation of security checks with everything else passed. Mine has been on that status since the first time I called them (17th June). I wonder when they will remember us, all my friends with later AORs have gotten their eCOPR. Really frustrating as it is affecting my day-to-day life.

Guys. What does your biometrics part on your ircc accounts say? Does it say passed or “we do not need your fingerprints…”? Although our criminality passed, any chance we need to re-do biomectrics (as unclear or unsatisfied reason God knows)?

Mine says we do not need your fingerprints, it has been always like this since AOR, even after my biometrics details were uploaded, it stayed the same

Guys, it seems I received an update today some time between 12 - 4 pm (Ottawa local time), nothing changed in my profile of course since this is 3rd GU for me, I dont know what this can mean

I had a similar case like yours, after second GU I called IRCC and found security not started
A week later I got 3rd GU and few days after that I received portal email

You should get yours in a week's time. All the best !

I've called them twice. The last time I called was on the 21st of July and the agent mentioned that nothing has changed on my file since the last time I called.

Thanks, i am also on similar situation. Everything passed except security. I called them yesterday .

I fall in your category too, Aor 21,2021 with dependents in India, everything passed except security, it shows not started yet. Get fed up from this.

AOR : April 15th .. All stages passed in May except Security.
Primary office CPC Ottawa , recently file has been moved to OSC Ottawa.
