You probably already knew it, but I recommend to check available clinics to do the medical asap. When I started to check options in my area I found out that you need to wait for at least one month to have an exam. I waited a few days to book my appointment and the wait became longer for 2 weeks. Insane.

We want to be prepared so please anyone would like to share their full hearing questions or experience. Much appreciated.

One more question are there any page limits while sending the evidence before hearing?

Search back through this forum you will find a list of questions others have posted. You can also read previous IAD cases, that are similar to yours on Canlii.org. Good luck.

Questions are also based on the reason for your appeal ie. details about your marriage, how well you know each other and families. Your wedding, who attended. But do your research on previous cases on Canlii.org.

My file was sent back oct 19/2021 to Morocco still nothing I've been sponsoring my husband almost 4 years

My file was sent back in October to NYVO...just reopened on January 4, 2021.
