Hi all
we won our appeal in may and no update since then.
I requested GCMS notes and got to know that my application sent for digitization.
Does anyone know what that means and how long will it take to digitize?

Hi sady congulation you won appeal.. basically my hearing next moth first week. My wife is in canada.please can you share your experience of your hearing. It's was in court or vartual? How long it will take ? What was your refusal reason ?you won your appeal on same day? My one was marrige wasn't genioun..my hearing is in Canada..please share becouse I m mintaly so stress..thank you

I sent an email to Accra immigration requesting for updates about my file, and I was replied that my file is in IAD Winnipeg. Plz I need clarification about the iAD Winnipeg.

Yes.., It waa refused and we appealed and won January 24, 2021.

Not sure why its still with IAD, maybe the Call Centre does not have the most recent information. We won our appeal in January 2021 and our file was sent to CPC-M.

i called IRCC call centre and the nice agent informed me that the file was digitized on October 6th and sent to VO on October 8th

i might need to request notes from GCMS (I've never done it)...or keep calling the call centre and hope someone with tell you. Our file was won on Jan. 4th, I've been calling over and over. You have to be persistent.

This is typically the norm. In most cases, files are transferred back to original VO. Nothing to fear my friend...
