After 5 years finally got my decion today and it was positive very happy with result I had full hearing on May 14 Toronto and judge did not gave decion on the spot she said she will review and than mail me after 68 days I got good news I was very worried but with help of God I won and now will wait for updated forms request and pcc and medical request hope it will be fast thanks all for your help i hope and pray you all get success after all that painfull process my best wishes are with all of you.

Hi guys i have a question. Can your mp call the embassy where your case was treated so they can send the appeal book faster???? Because logically there must be a way to receive it before 120 days???

1. Sure you can call, but it is unlikely that the MP can do anything for you, they will not "bump" your appeal to the head of the line, else everyone would be doing it.

No mp can only get u update and when it’s Appeal they can’t help u at all

I think this system will drive everyone crazy. Its so slow and messed up...and the worst part is that everyones marriage is genuine..theres nothing fraudulent i am sure.

Hey guys, for those of you that had full hearing, did ypu get a letter in the mail to attend a conference before you got the date for the full hearing? because i just got a letter to attend a conference to discuss witness and all that stuff and possibly set a date for full hearing on September 7. Im happy but sad because im all the way in Jamaica spending 4 months with my husband but now i have to cut it short

Yes I did attend the scheduling conference to set my date. Call IAD if you are out of the country, I think you can do your scheduling conference over at the phone.

You don't have to come to Canada for scheduling conference. Mail them a calling card. They will call you in Jamaica. Read their notice to appear in scheduling conference carefully. This is mentioned there .

it just said i required to appear but they did include a phone # l so im going to call them tomorrow.
