When did you win your ADR? How long have you been waiting since you won

We won our appeal on May 16, 2018. I called immigration and they told me it could take about 3 months before we hear anything because they have to reopen the file. They also said that applications who won their appeals isn't treated as a priority but are but in the bottom of the list ...

Did they tell u same day u won or send letter
How long after did u received in written u won

I received a letter by mail on May 24 saying that our appeal has been allowed and that the processing will continue from where it left off. It will be sent to CPP-Ottawa and from there it will be decided if the processing would continue in Ottawa or be sent to the Visa Office of Origine, in my case Manila. I waited until the end of June to give them a call and that's what they told me. Once your application has been re-opened that's the only time you will get an e-mail update.

please reply..... my visa was refused may 2017 reason marriage not genuine.............
appealed june 2017 haired a lawyer
received blue book in October 2017.......but now no information what next we both were so confused what next

I filed my appeal in June 2016 and had my full hearing in June 2018. Now waiting for desicion

Yes it’s takes 4 to 6 week to receive desicion so
It’s only week an half as of now ..

Yeah very true some are fast some not. We won September 2017... Still waiting for ppr
