Call your appeal office. They will have a case worker assigned to you.Im also scheduled for Adr in Toronto for June although since I got my blue book back in October I've been in contact with an agent whom I've been phoning periodically and a few weeks was gi given June appointment she sent out a letter to confirm. Can u give me some information about your timeline. Like when did u get refusal, when did u submit ur appeal, opening of file in IAD, receiving of blue book and when did they notify u of your appeal date.

I need to know because I received my refusal notice October 31,2017. I sent in my appeal two weeks after that. December 14, 2017 I received a letter from IAD with my file number and April 3, 2018 they sent out my blue book but I still haven’t received it and I’m worried about my appeal date. How much notice will they give. I live out of Canada but will fly back and attend any hearing.

Pls , my application was refused and my wife applied for appeal in December 2017 , how long does it take to get a blue book or hear from cic and also how long does the whole processing last for thank you.

They said y should get your blue book within 120 days. I applied for appeal in November 2017, and my blue book was sent out April 3rd, 2018 (110 days) but I still haven’t received it

The stupidest reason. They said I’ve been out of Canada for 10 years and I don’t have any assets in Canada. They are confident that I will not move back with my wife if she’s granted PR.

This should be easy to overcome, show them that you are going to bring assets into Canada from your home country or a job offer from any Canadian employer should be sufficient.
