hello, our application submitted in 2013. i m also waiting for updated forms and medical request right now, since we win ADR on September 2017. My visa office is Singapore. Application refused on Sept 2016. file forward to Vancouver Canada. our file transfer back to Singapore again on Nov 20th 2017 after wining appeal. would u like to let me know ur timeline please?

I applied mine in 2015 Sept. I was refused in 2016 Nov and I appealed in December 2016. I won my appeal in 2017 Nov and since then, I have been contacting immigrations both here and my country and no one knows the whereabout of my file. What a nonsense. I have left everything in the hands of God so am relaxed waiting for them. Your time line is very long indeed. 2013? Wow. It will surely be over soon my dear. The lord we serve will see us through so don't give up.

He was denied in March, appeal was nov 14 and file re-opened in Ottawa Nov 30. They requested additional information Dec 12, which was sent Jan 5(due to the Christmas break) and my MP’s office called Friday and they told her that everything was passed that day, Saturday I received the pre-arrival services email....hoping it won’t be long now

No I didn’t have a lawyer, you don’t need a lawyer if it’s ADR. Depending on why you were denied, it may be helpful to have a lawyer for full hearing but I don’t think it’s necessary

It is been more than 3 years, finally won my appeal. I quit my job to stay with my wife for 2 years, and my son is now 15 months. What a cruel process and hopefully I will see my wife soon.

Hello Guys, I had interview by the 6th of the December 2017 at Islamabad Pakistan. By the 11th of Jaunary 2018, I got refusal letter. The letter shows the following reason of refusal. (A) Marriage is not genuine (B) was entered into primarily for the purpose of acquiring any status or privilege ". Guys please guide me how long appeal takes ?
